Mariposa Library’s Free Tech Tuesdays Help Residents Use Computers and Government Portals

MARIPOSA — November 2, 2026. Mariposa County Library offers free Tech Tuesday classes and occasional workshops focused on practical computer, smartphone and online government tasks.

What the library teaches

The county mentions basic phone and computer skills, as well as sessions covering login.gov and use of Social Security’s online benefit portal. Equipment and learning materials are provided for the advertised Tech Tuesday program.

Registration is recommended

The county says capacity is limited for group classes, and sessions may be held as multi-week courses, one-day events or drop-in assistance. A generic program listing is not a fixed November schedule for every topic.

Where to find current classes

Review the library’s live events page or call 209-966-2140 to register and confirm the session address. Library staff can advise on accessibility and whether a class requires a personal device or account setup.
